I had always trained hard but found lasting results difficult to achieve until I completed the TEAM Fitness Challenge. For the first time, nutrition, training and recovery were balanced properly, and the difference was incredible. The results during those 12 weeks were amazing, but what impressed me most is that years later those changes have stayed with me. I’m still training hard through the TEAM Fitness app and group sessions, and it continues to keep me motivated and progressing

I’ve been part of TEAM Fitness for many years and have really enjoyed the different stages of my journey, from Personal Training through to Group Training. What I’ve learnt most is how important the right balance of training is for long-term fitness and overall health. I’ve really enjoyed my journey with TEAM Fitness through Personal Training and following a structured program that has consistently challenged me in the right way. The progression has been one of the best parts, getting fitter, stronger and seeing what my body is capable of over time. I also love having access to the recovery side, especially the sauna and cold plunge, which has made a huge difference in how I recover and stay consistent.

I only joined TEAM Fitness recently at 71 and honestly wish I had started many years ago. I’m already noticing the benefits of strength training, especially in my mobility, confidence and overall movement day to day. Knowing I’m also improving my bone density gives me great peace of mind for the future. I’ve really grown to love this new part of my life, and the training has quickly become something I genuinely look forward to each week

I lost a lot of muscle through my 20s and early 30s and honestly thought getting my physique back would be much harder than it has been. Being involved in the programs at TEAM Fitness completely changed my perspective on health and fitness. TEAM Fitness is honestly the best gym I’ve ever trained at, and I’ve experienced plenty over the years.
